This is a handmade summer dress and jacket in flower design of greens, purple and teal passion flowers .  A wonderful summer vintage piece.
This outfit has been handcrafted to a very high standard, purchased from a seamstress to used to make all her own clothes.  The straight neckline is bordered by two straps.  The bodice a series of machine stitched pleats front and back. It has a discreet side zip and straight skirt, although there is a small amount of gathering due to the pleating.  The dress is highlighted by a matching bolero jacket with yoke fitting and contrasting turned hem draped short sleeves and collar.  Two large breast pockets with white buttons accentuate the jacket.
